About the Role
What if your expertise in portfolio management could directly influence how AI understands investment strategy, allocation logic, and risk frameworks? We're looking for Portfolio Management Analysts to evaluate and improve AI-generated investment reasoning — helping to ensure that AI systems think about finance the way real professionals do.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for experienced investment professionals who want to apply their knowledge in a meaningful new context.
What You'll Do

- Review risk management approaches, diversification frameworks, and portfolio monitoring processes
- Assess the reasoning behind buy, hold, and sell decisions for clarity and completeness
- Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or unsupported justifications in AI-generated investment narratives
- Provide structured, detailed written feedback using standardized evaluation formats
- Work independently and asynchronously on recurring portfolio analysis tasks
Who You Are
- Experienced in portfolio management, investment research, wealth management, or a closely related field
- Strong working knowledge of asset classes, diversification principles, and risk metrics
- Able to critically assess investment reasoning and articulate clear, well-organized feedback
- Detail-oriented and consistent when evaluating complex financial content
- Comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with institutional portfolio management frameworks or multi-asset strategies
- Experience with written investment analysis, research reports, or client-facing investment commentary
- Background in CFA, CAIA, or similar professional qualifications
Why Join Us
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs
- Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
- Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, task-based work
- Apply your professional expertise in a high-impact role that shapes how AI understands finance
- Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
