Find AI training jobs that match your resume

Add your resume and Rubric reads your skills, field, degree and languages, then ranks every open job by how well it fits. You get your ten best picks with the reason for each, and Apply goes straight to the platform.

  • Nothing is uploaded. Your browser reads the file. The text never leaves this page.
  • No sign-up. Matches show in a few seconds.
  • Scored against 1,815 open jobs on 10 platforms, updated Nov 6.

How does the resume match work?

Each open job gets points for what it shares with your resume, then a small boost for being a good listing. The total becomes a match out of 100. Jobs that share nothing with your resume, or that are closed to your country, are left out.

SignalPointsWhat counts
Skills and toolsUp to 45Words from your resume that the listing also uses (Python, contract review, ICU). A word in the job title counts double; rare words count more than common ones.
Your field25The listing is in a field your resume is about: coding, medical, law, finance and so on.
Language20A language job asking for a language you speak. Language jobs for languages you did not list are left out.
Level+8 to −8Expert listings rank higher with a PhD, a master's, a licence or 5+ years; entry-level ones get a small boost.
Job qualityUp to 14The listing's Top picks score: pay against the typical top rate, how recent it is, the platform's payout record and steady work.

The dictionary it reads with is built from the listings themselves: 189 skills, tools and roles, 64 languages and 115 countries named in open jobs.

Which fields have the most jobs to match?

Open jobs by field, with the typical top rate in each. A resume in a big field gets more matches; a rare field gets fewer but often better-paid ones.

Questions about matching your resume

Is my resume uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is opened by your own browser, the text is read on your device, and the matching runs on this page. Nothing is sent to Rubric or anyone else. If you want, the skills it found (not the resume) are kept in this browser so your matches show up next time; Forget my resume deletes them.

Why does my PDF say there is no text?

It is probably a scan or a photo of a page, which has no text layer to read. Open the PDF, select all the text, copy it, and paste it into the Paste text tab. Exporting the resume again from Word or Google Docs as a PDF also fixes it.

Which file types work?

PDF, DOCX and plain text files up to 10 MB. Old .doc files cannot be read in a browser: save them as .docx or PDF first, or paste the text.

Why are some language jobs missing?

Language and voice jobs want a native or fluent speaker of one specific language. The matcher only shows those for languages it found on your resume. If you speak a language your resume does not mention, add it in Your profile.

Does a high match mean I will get the job?

No. It means the listing asks for things your resume mentions. Most of these platforms still run an assessment or an AI interview (Mercor and micro1 both use one), and expert roles check degrees and licences.
