The job description
About the Role
What if your MBA could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of business leaders? We're looking for business professionals with advanced degrees to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models — ensuring they can reason through complex financial models, strategic decisions, and operational challenges the way a seasoned executive would.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for rigorous, professional-grade reasoning.
What You'll Do
- Design complex business challenges — craft advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and organizational behavior
- Author gold-standard solutions — write rigorous, step-by-step responses that incorporate financial statements, strategic frameworks (e.g., 4Ps, Porter's Five Forces, 5Cs), and executive-level rationale to serve as training benchmarks for AI models
- Audit AI-generated business content — evaluate AI-produced business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards
- Refine AI reasoning — identify and document logical failures such as ignored sunk costs, miscalculated WACC, or missing macroeconomic variables, and provide structured, actionable feedback
- Challenge model limits — stress-test AI responses on topics like corporate finance, market strategy, and operations to expose reasoning gaps and harden model performance
Who You Are
- Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
- Strong command of at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
- Able to synthesize complex data and analysis into clear, executive-style written recommendations
- Highly detail-oriented — you catch formula errors, spot flawed assumptions, and ensure arguments hold up under scrutiny
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy
- Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
- Proficiency in Excel financial modeling, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytical tools
- Exposure to AI tools or large language models as a professional end user
Why Join Us
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside world-leading research labs
- Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
- Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, expert-level work
- Direct engagement with industry-leading large language models at the frontier of AI development
- Make a tangible impact on how AI reasons about business — at executive level
- Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
