What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate trading-related content, investor communications, and platform activity for accuracy and relevance
- Label and annotate financial data with consistency and precision to support AI model training
- Apply your real-world trading knowledge to assess how AI reasons about equities, ETFs, crypto, and broader market behavior
- Provide structured written explanations of how retail investors approach risk, conviction, and trade execution
- Help refine AI understanding of portfolio management strategies and market analysis techniques
- Complete task-based assignments independently and on your own schedule
Who You Are
- An active retail investor or trader with hands-on experience in stocks, ETFs, crypto, or derivatives
- Familiar with major brokerage platforms such as Robinhood, Wealthsimple, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, eToro, Interactive Brokers, SoFi, or Webull
- Up-to-date on current market trends and comfortable discussing how real investors think
- Strong analytical judgment with the ability to explain your reasoning clearly in writing
- Detail-oriented and able to follow structured labeling and annotation guidelines
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with options, futures, or other derivatives
- Background in personal finance, investment research, or financial analysis
- Familiarity with technical or fundamental analysis methodologies
- Experience across multiple asset classes or international markets
Why Join Us
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects that are shaping the future of financial technology
- Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule, on your terms
