- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with well-structured scientific reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of logic
- Identify gaps, errors, and weaknesses in AI outputs across biological domains
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology topics
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced biology topics
- Able to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to scientific accuracy
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation frameworks
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts
- Background spanning multiple biology sub-disciplines (e.g., molecular biology, genetics, physiology, ecology)
Why Join Us
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside world-leading research labs
- Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule from anywhere
- Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and the ability to contribute at your own pace
- Gain firsthand exposure to how large language models are developed and evaluated
