The job description

About the Role

What if your everyday skills could directly influence how the world's most advanced AI systems think, respond, and improve? We're looking for AI Training Specialists to work on structured tasks that teach AI to be smarter, more accurate, and more helpful.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to people from all backgrounds. You don't need a technical degree or prior AI experience — just reliability, attention to detail, and clear communication.

What You'll Do

  • Complete structured tasks — including labeling, rating, and evaluating AI-generated content — that directly improve AI model performance
  • Assess AI outputs across text, image, and audio formats for accuracy, quality, and relevance
  • Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluations
  • Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality outputs using structured feedback tools
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented — you catch what others miss and follow instructions precisely
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without constant oversight
  • Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • No prior AI, data, or technical experience required

Nice to Have

  • Experience in quality assurance, research, editing, or content evaluation
  • Familiarity with AI tools or platforms as an everyday user
  • Background in critical analysis, fact-checking, or structured review work

Why Join Us

  • Work on cutting-edge AI projects with leading research labs
  • Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
  • Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, task-based work
  • Contribute to AI development that has a real impact on how millions of people interact with technology
  • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
