The job description
About the Role
We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI systems reason about organizations, teams, and decision-making. Your real-world expertise will directly influence the quality of AI outputs in one of the most complex and nuanced domains — human leadership and organizational behavior.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You set your schedule and work asynchronously on meaningful projects that sit at the frontier of AI development.
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and logical soundness
- Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
- Identify unrealistic assumptions, flawed logic, or weak decision-making frameworks
- Provide clear, structured feedback that improves how AI approaches managerial problems
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project milestones
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks
- Skilled at critically evaluating decision-making processes and tradeoffs
- Comfortable reading and assessing written scenarios and AI-generated recommendations
- Self-directed and reliable when working remotely without close supervision
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
- Hands-on leadership or operations experience in industry
- Prior exposure to AI tools, content evaluation, or annotation workflows
Why Join Us
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs
- Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule
- Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration
- Contribute to meaningful work that shapes how AI understands leadership and organizations
- Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
