The job description

Are you a benefits professional — plan design, payer and claims operations, or benefits regulatory and compliance? Our client is developing AI-generated benefits-navigation content, and needs experienced benefits professionals to validate it.

In this role, you'll:

  • Review and validate evaluation rubrics for accuracy and real-world relevance
  • Assess AI-generated benefits-navigation scenarios used to inform a synthetic dataset
  • Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, ambiguous, or potentially harmful guidance
  • Recommend improvements based on real-world benefits administration experience

You're a strong fit if you:

  • Have substantial experience in benefits administration, benefits navigation, or healthcare coverage — Must Have
  • Bring a strong understanding of Medicare and/or Medicaid — Must Have
  • Know common customer questions, service workflows, and escalation practices — Must Have
  • Can tell general educational guidance from situations needing a licensed, legal, clinical, or plan-specific referral

Strongly preferred:

  • Employer-sponsored group benefits or health and welfare administration
  • Benefits navigation, advocacy, or benefits-related customer service
  • Quality assurance, rubric development, or content validation
  • Experience reviewing AI-generated or synthetic customer-service content

This is a non-clinical review role — likely not the right fit if your background is primarily hands-on clinical care.

Details:

  • Remote, hourly, $70/hour
  • Application includes a short domain-expert interview
