The job description

Time Commitment: 5-10 hours/week, short-term project

micro1 is looking for Consumer Reviewers to help evaluate and improve AI systems that answer questions about government services. You’ll read sample questions and answers and tell us whether they sound natural, make sense, and would help someone like you. Your own experience is what matters. No AI or technical background is needed.

What You’ll Do

  1. Read sample questions about government services, such as Medicare, and tell us whether they sound like something a real person would ask.
  2. Review AI-generated answers and tell us what is clear, helpful, or confusing.
  3. Give honest, specific feedback in your own words.
  4. Suggest simple changes that would make a question or answer easier to understand.

Who We’re Looking For

  1. Recent personal experience with Medicare or another U.S. government service
  2. Comfortable with basic online tasks, such as filling out a form
  3. Clear, honest feedback
  4. US-based

Nice to Have

  1. Living in a rural or smaller community.
  2. Experience helping a spouse, parent, or friend with a government service
