Your work will directly help improve the world’s premier AI models.
What You'll Do
- Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects.
- Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
- Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their reliability across use cases.
- Communicate technical review outcomes clearly in English (C1+), including concise issue summaries and rationale for ratings.
- Review AI-generated Python solutions for correctness, edge-case handling, time/space complexity, and idiomatic Python 3.x usage.
- Create and QA Mandarin Chinese (Traditional preferred) prompts, constraints, and acceptance criteria for Python coding and debugging scenarios.
- Annotate and categorize common Python error patterns (e.g., exceptions, off-by-one, mutation/aliasing, encoding issues) with bilingual (Chinese/English) labels to support consistent evaluation.
What You Bring
- 1–5 years of relevant professional experience in Python development, code review, debugging, or technical problem solving.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to interpret and evaluate technical content written in Chinese (Traditional Chinese preferred for HK).
- English proficiency: Minimum C1 level.
- Strong working knowledge of Python 3.x fundamentals (data structures, functions, modules, exceptions), plus practical debugging skills for real-world failures.
- Ability to evaluate solution quality using clear criteria (correctness, edge cases, complexity, readability) and apply rubrics consistently across many samples.
- Previous experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluating AI-generated content is strongly preferred.
- Detail-oriented and self-directed work style suitable for remote, flexible-hours contract work (accurate labeling, consistent decisions, and reliable turnaround).
Application & Onboarding Process
- Apply with your resume/CV highlighting Python experience and Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency.
- Complete a short skills screen focused on Python reasoning and bilingual technical comprehension.
- Sign a contractor agreement and complete identity/eligibility verification (as applicable).
