The job description
Overview
Models struggle with the practical side of healthcare: billing codes, insurance workflows, scheduling, and the administrative details that keep clinics running.
As a Healthcare Operations Specialist you'll evaluate AI answers about healthcare administration and write the guidance an experienced operator would give.
What you’ll actually do
- Write prompts that probe healthcare admin scenarios: billing and coding, insurance, scheduling, and compliance workflows.
- Review AI output for incorrect codes, unworkable processes, and compliance mistakes, and rate the reasoning.
- Write the correct answer when the model falls short, grounded in day-to-day operational experience.
Roles this fits
Common backgrounds: Healthcare Operations Manager, Practice Manager, Patient Access Manager.
What we look for
- Hands-on experience in healthcare administration, billing, or practice operations.
- Familiarity with common coding and insurance workflows.
- Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
- No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.
