The job description
Overview
Automated metrics can't judge whether Arabic text actually sounds right: tone, idiom, cultural nuance, and the thousand small choices a native speaker makes without thinking.
As a Arabic Translator you'll judge and correct AI output in Arabic, teaching models to write the way people actually speak.
What you’ll actually do
- Evaluate translations between English and Arabic for fidelity, fluency, and tone, the way a professional editor would.
- Rank and rate model output in Arabic, catching what automated metrics miss.
- Write the better version when the model falls short, natural enough that no one could tell it was a translation.
Roles this fits
Common backgrounds: Arabic Linguist, Bilingual Reviewer, Localization Specialist.
What we look for
- Native or near-native fluency in Arabic.
- Translation, localization, or professional writing experience preferred.
- Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
- No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.
